Eric Guillemain


Eric Guillemain is a french fashion and portrait photographer. Born in Morocco then raised in Paris, he was the singer of rock band Venice. In 2002 Eric moved to New York and was assisting world-renowned photographer Peter Lindbergh for 6 years. In 2008 Eric started his photography career and since then Eric works for international clients in advertising and editorial.

He photographed celebrities such as Vanessa Paradis, Rachel Weisz, Andi McDowell, Karl Lagerfeld, Léa Seydoux, Miranda Kerr, Nick Cave, Jessica Hart, Julie Depardieu, Famke Janssen, Gia Coppola, Elisa Sednaoui, Dree Hemingway, Lizzie Jagger, Milla Jovovich, Lou Dillon, Tyler Momsen, Helena Christensen, Tali Lennox, Paz de la Huerta und Clémence Poésy to name just a few.

To quote Eric:" I never stopped singing, I just decided to make photos instead of songs...for now."

Eric's style can be described as stripped down and sudden without filters or device, connected directly through emotion.

Eric lives in New York, but follows his work around the world.
